  Less than stellar service from start to finish. No napkins were brought, food was incorrect twice. All the while the staff in the gally appears to be having a grad time. Very loud and abrupt. Being a customer experience manager has it's downs. I always expect to have the service I demand from my staff... Never get it... But the waiter reduced the bill removing the incorrect items.
  
  Is that good enough anymore?? Its the easy thing to do. Firstly extraordinary service is the key to success. Treat each customer like they are the only customer, greet with a smile, show some urgency with your foot work, ask for help when you need it!!

  Absolutely horrible service. I stopped by tonight for dinner. No crowd at all. A few scattered tables and employees standing around. Waited more than 10 minutes before having to ask the hostess to please get a server. Since I was sitting at the bar she went to the bar tender. She became angry that there was only 1 person at a bar top to wait on and she would get to me when she could.
  Then, when asking for a drink I was told that they didn't have the any of the beers listed on the menu! It's obvious this is not a very well managed business and their customer service and preparedness are a shining example of that fact!
